Preparation
Bring the butter to room temperature. *2
How to make
- Mix the butter that has been brought to room temperature with a whisk, then add (A) and mix again. *1, *2
- Add the flours (sorghum flour, cornstarch) and mix with a rubber spatula.
- Gather together by hand. If it is difficult to combine, add olive oil little by little.
- When it comes together, wrap it in plastic wrap, use a cotton swab to flatten it into a rectangular shape, and put it in the freezer for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 170℃.
- Remove the dough from the freezer and cut it into sticks with a knife.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and heat in the oven at 170℃ for 15 minutes. (Please adjust the degree of baking)
