(C) Tomato cheese
  • Tomato puree…25g
  • Pizza cheese…25g
  • Rosemary or basil…a little

Preparation

Bring the butter to room temperature. *2

How to make

  1. Mix the butter that has been brought to room temperature with a whisk, then add (A) and mix again. *1, *2
  2. Add the flours (sorghum flour, cornstarch) and mix with a rubber spatula.
  3. Gather together by hand. If it is difficult to combine, add olive oil little by little.
  4. When it comes together, wrap it in plastic wrap, use a cotton swab to flatten it into a rectangular shape, and put it in the freezer for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  5. Preheat the oven to 170℃.
  6. Remove the dough from the freezer and cut it into sticks with a knife.
  7. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and heat in the oven at 170℃ for 15 minutes. (Please adjust the degree of baking)
*1 When making other flavors, change part (A) to (B) or (C).
*2 For (A) and (C), warm the butter slightly in the microwave and use the heat to melt the pizza cheese while stirring.
