material
[Cheesecake part]- Cream cheese...200g
- Fresh cream … 200 cc
- Eggs … 2 pieces
- Sugar beet (can also use white sugar) … 70g
- Cornstarch … 3 tablespoons
- Lemon juice … 2 teaspoons
- Blueberries … 70g
- Sorghum cookies … 100g (see sorghum cookie recipe)
- Butter … 60g
Preparation
- Wash and drain the blueberries.
- Bring cream cheese to room temperature .
- Line the mold with parchment paper .
How to make
[Tart part]- Put the sorghum cookies in a bag, crush them with a cotton swab, add butter that has been heated in the microwave for 20 seconds, and mix.
- Press 1 into the mold and spread it.
- Preheat the oven to 180℃.
- Whisk the cream cheese in a bowl, add the sugar and mix well.
- Add eggs and mix, then add cornstarch and mix well.
- Add fresh cream and lemon juice and mix.
- Pour the batter over the tart and sprinkle the brie berries on top.
- Bake in the oven at 180℃ for about 40 minutes.
- Remove from heat and cool in the freezer.
*Please move it to the refrigerator a few hours before eating and enjoy it partially defrosted.
