material

[Cheesecake part]
  • Cream cheese...200g
  • Fresh cream 200 cc
  • Eggs 2 pieces
  • Sugar beet (can also use white sugar) 70g
  • Cornstarch 3 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice 2 teaspoons
  • Blueberries 70g
[Tart part]
  • Sorghum cookies 100g (see sorghum cookie recipe)
  • Butter 60g

Preparation

  1. Wash and drain the blueberries.
  2. Bring cream cheese to room temperature .
  3. Line the mold with parchment paper .

How to make

[Tart part]
  1. Put the sorghum cookies in a bag, crush them with a cotton swab, add butter that has been heated in the microwave for 20 seconds, and mix.
  2. Press 1 into the mold and spread it.
[Cheesecake part]
  1. Preheat the oven to 180℃.
  2. Whisk the cream cheese in a bowl, add the sugar and mix well.
  3. Add eggs and mix, then add cornstarch and mix well.
  4. Add fresh cream and lemon juice and mix.
  5. Pour the batter over the tart and sprinkle the brie berries on top.
  6. Bake in the oven at 180℃ for about 40 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and cool in the freezer.
*Please move it to the refrigerator a few hours before eating and enjoy it partially defrosted.
